The Transnational Institute of Learning Corp. or TILC is located at Transnational Compound Multinational Drive Santo Niño, Parañaque City. TILC was conceptualized on February 6, 2008. The goal was initially catered to the increasing demand for highly-skilled Filipino workforce, whether it is Offshore, and Maritime or Land base, either for local or overseas.

TILC pioneered itself in the development and improvement of manpower skills which include the workers' positive outlook to achieve excellence in the performance of their job. The institution is manned by duly-certified instructors abreast with facilities to the highest global standards of quality. It inculcates consciousness to the trainees with regard to safety and hazard-free environment in all of its activities learned within the institution.
